Extremely Unhappy and Disappointed
I ordered two items for my Mom to be delivered today. She only received one of the items at 15:52. The other item didn't arrive. I am extremely unhappy and disappointed. Delivery was late and incomplete. I will be calling Netflorist tomorrow for sure.

I went onto Outsurance website to do an online quote. I wasn't even a third through the questions when my cellphone rang and it was Charmaine from Outsurance calling me to assist me with the quote. I told her I want to get a quote because my current insurer is too expensive. She explained everything to me and gave me the quote. I was shocked to find that the quote came to R1600 less than my current insurer, which pleased me and I accepted the quote. Charmaine was friendly, knowledgeable of the product and extremely helpful. Outsurance is a modern, affordable and efficient insurer. Thank you.

I ordered somthing from them in August 2024 and I still haven't received my parcel. I received an email saying I must pay import duties, which I did and I have been trying to find out when my parcel will be delivered, I get now answer on my emails.

Education with a difference
I signed up for a free month diploma in sports and fitness nutrition. The application process is easy and informative. I started my first webinar lesson last night and found it very well presented and not issues connecting to the webinar, as they email you a link and send you constant reminders of the time the webinar will start. The presenter / lecturer speak clearly and constantly makes sure that her students is engaged and happy. I really enjoyed my first webinar lesson and cannot wait for the next one. I love the fact that Shaw Academy gives your first modules as a free month, so that you can establish if it's something you want to study further, to which you then pay for the rest of the modules. Very professional and all questions get answered one way or the other. Overall experience is excellent.
