1. Parcel collected: 18 November 2. Status: Your parcel is still being redirected 3. What does this mean: The parcel is missing, and we dont know what to tell you and do not have time to speak to you about it. We are investigating it for over a week now. 4. No managers available, no one taking responsibility. How fascinating that the staff has no manager to escalate any matters to; otherwise, there would have been someone to take my call. 5. Owen will put the phone down in your ear 6. Benjamin will not phone you back with an update 7. My favorite people are the call centre agents; they are polite and try their best, but with no cooperation from management. Unfortunately, they do not have any power to take action and move this issue forward. Who is it for, and what is in the parcel? This parcel is for my mom (a pensioner), with some essential food supplies.
