POOR SERVICE FROM STAFF AND MANAGEMENT

I ordered a seafood platter for 2 and when i went to collect it , they didnt know anything about the order they didnt know where the order was aswell as they didnt give anything with the seafood like salt or pepper or anything for the chips the mussela was drowning in the sauce and all you tasted is garlic , the fish was dry and the fact that you pay so much money and then you get such **** attitude , staff is unpleasant and they refuse to help and when asked for management she said shes busy with a customer and she walks away what unproffesional service is this . they are so un organised they took the money not give a slip so how do they expect anyone to buy there when they cant even give proper service over the phone .
