They were supposed to give me a refund 7 days after the 18th of June , I enquired a week later just to be told they didn’t receive anything , I sent them the mail and still nothing , they are so bad it’s stinks I would never buy from them again they don’t even have the decency to give you money back they owe you.
I went to tygervalley Istore on the 19th of July , I went to a girl and she assisted me but because its her lunch time she asked someone else to assist me, The girls name was Donay , She was friendly but to be honest I did not think she could do her Job , there were times when someone else came to assist her and this was the issue the staff do not seem to be trained or know how to handle the systems when it comes to credit vetting. what she did was then opened one line and then created another line later one which then resulted the credit vetting to decline me. Firstly the staff is not trained properly and some can be very unfriendly . She called me when she told me it was declined. I then filed for a online application which resulted in the consultant said I need to email my bank statements and then he continuesly told me to mail them but there was no mail that he ever asked for it as I am on my mails 24/7 so there was never a email and I did send him a screenshot as proof , why would I upload the documents online and then have to submitted it 3-4 times again to the their email adress but they seem never to receive it . It amazes me that nobody can call you only email. This is pathetic service and honestly disapointing.
I came to open my account again after 3 years not being in the country and I discovered that they have closed the account without any notification or any mail as to what has happened to the account , upon entering the store I called the customer care and was advised that the account was closed due to not using it and that they need to return some money to me that was overdue in the account but I can then in the store open the account again , one day later I phone customer care and was advised again that I need to wait 2-7 work days for the refund and once the refund is submitted and closed I can then only open a account which was not said to me by the consultants in the store or even the guy that open or help to open a account , so for 2 days I have been getting the wrong information. Not only did this cause my credit score to drop in a -1 but it has cause me so much hassle that I cannot get any where credit , this process is been a nightmare its costing me more money that actually a solution. because they owe me money closed my account and cause my credit score to drop.
Good day , I have been trying to get ahold of home affairs but their lines seem to be always busy and one can never get ahold of them even in email it take roughly two days for them to repond sometimes never . My first issue is I am out of the country and trying to reset my Home affairs acount, secondly My husband needs feedback about his payment for Evisa but the system is so terrible A person cannot get through on mail or calls one even said their closed even though they are open. How do one solve anything when these departments lack service.
I moved out of the country about 5 years ago and didnt close my account , got a settlement letter and March 2022 i paid the settlement and asked they should close it , between March and May i was advised it take two weeks after a few weeks i asked again then was advised they will escalate it , now i get a bill for January and penalised late penality on top of it , so far i have had no mail from anyone or response what is happening i recieved one email to state that i must just pay and then they will close it . I feel like i been mislead and not treated fairly when im not even using or in the country anymore
I went to the mr price store in golden acre mall . The transaction went smoothly until i got home and saw on the slip that the store email the cashier did not scan all the items and over charged me on one item . I then went to a another store in Cape gate to enquire because i tried to call the golden acre store but the call kept ringing and went to voice mail i then asked at cape gate and requested that they call the store because cape gate refused to then return and give any money back and once i spoke to the cashier she told me i must go back to the store bring my bank card and bank statement which i feel is unacceptable because i am leaving the country in 3 days and they bluntly refuse to assist not even co sidering if someone could pick up the money or even a deposit to be made so i must just be satisfied with a no and accept it . very unacceptable service
I just was at pnp and the cashier was do rude she dont greet and she dont make eye contact and i told her 3 times how to pack my bag but she was so rude she just shoved everything in the bag and pushed it aside and told me to pay so bad service.
i ordered a pizza online at 13:36 was told that the pizza will take 10 mins but then the order was only put in the oven at 14:10, i am very disquisted with the service. and the order isnt even correctly because they made it so fast, i feel i need to reimbursed for this lack of service.
I ordered a seafood platter for 2 and when i went to collect it , they didnt know anything about the order they didnt know where the order was aswell as they didnt give anything with the seafood like salt or pepper or anything for the chips the mussela was drowning in the sauce and all you tasted is garlic , the fish was dry and the fact that you pay so much money and then you get such **** attitude , staff is unpleasant and they refuse to help and when asked for management she said shes busy with a customer and she walks away what unproffesional service is this . they are so un organised they took the money not give a slip so how do they expect anyone to buy there when they cant even give proper service over the phone .they also forgot my calamari but after yhe service i got who wants to go back
