I ordered a seafood platter for 2 and when i went to collect it , they didnt know anything about the order they didnt know where the order was aswell as they didnt give anything with the seafood like salt or pepper or anything for the chips the mussela was drowning in the sauce and all you tasted is garlic , the fish was dry and the fact that you pay so much money and then you get such **** attitude , staff is unpleasant and they refuse to help and when asked for management she said shes busy with a customer and she walks away what unproffesional service is this . they are so un organised they took the money not give a slip so how do they expect anyone to buy there when they cant even give proper service over the phone .they also forgot my calamari but after yhe service i got who wants to go back

On 3 November 2017 my wife and i took the time to visit the restaurant to try some fish as usual and my word, what a disaster. Firstly when we came in it took 10min just to be seated. Then when we ordered drinks the hot chocolate was cold when served. So not to be rude we politely asked them to please warm it, which they just nuked in the microwave. 20min later we only got the opportunity to order food. We tried the platter for 2. Which again was cold when we recieved it. Waited 10min for it to come back, where i had to go to the car and my wife asked for a s**** as she could not dish the food. I was gone 10 min and to my suprise still no s**** when i came back. The food was still cold as my wife explained. The food did not taste like anything i ate before. I was hungry and i ate most if it. My wife had the fist and calamari and prawns. Which 10min later she was straight to the bathroom to vomit. We left with half the food still on plate/pan and they still expected us to pay full price of R310 which they also expected a tip. For what? Myself started having cramps whilst we were in the movie theatre where wife had to go to the toilet 3 times. We had to go to the doctor where both of us had food poisoning. You can be glad i am not sueing the restaurant for being unhygenic. I want to know as to how this place will respond or make up for it? I told the manager last night that he should have a look into it as it feels like the food is made and waits 20min before they bring to your table explaining everything being cold. I also saw upon leaving that most of their desserts made before hand and left in the open. I will never ever go back as it was the worst service we have ever experiened. Be advised that a health inspector will be visiting soon. So sharpen up

<p>I am writing to express my disappointment in the staff members of the Fish on Hooked N1 City store. Your order is placed 15-20 minutes at a time but you wait up to an hour to receive it. The most disappointing thing witnessed today was seeing an elderly lady being brushed off with the words "everyone is waiting". She asked your cashier named MAMA to help her with her regular chips order as her lift of the retirement village is waiting she was then told by MAMA that everyone else is waiting. What happened to help the elderly in a respectable manner? Your staff member has no remorse and respect towards their customers. We all know the slogan good food takes time but if it has a bad attitude added the food has a bad taste. I have decided to not buy from your store anymore and will not recommend any of my friends to buy there either. TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO HAVE RESPECT TOWARDS ELDERLY PEOPLE!!!! It is most disgusting to see any person to be treated with no respect, let alone an elderly lady. </p>

<p>On 22 December 2016 my wife, kids and I were sitting at a table eating in Greenacres shopping centre in Port Elizabeth.Whilst we were sitting eating one of ' Hooked on Fish" workers approached us by saying something to us , which we could not hear, due to the noise levels in the shopping centre and then she just left. The Manager of Hooked on Fish aproached us in not a good manner, and told us that we not allowed to eat other foods in their eating area.I was obviously not aware that I could n't eat other foods in that specific area. I requetsed he give me one minute to explain to my wife and kids, which he refused, and he just said we should leave the area in a very rude tone of voie in front of my kids and wife, which I felt very dissapointed in, This type of behavious is really unacceptabe I believe for a managaer , and that he should be urgently adressed. The poeple sitting around us was also very shocked at his behaviour.</p>

<p>Yesterday evening just after 5, i decided to get fish at Hooked on Fish at Greenacres Mall in Port Elizabeth. To my surprise as i was standing there to place my order, there was no one to take orders which was not a problem as the manager in his white shirt was there chatting to a lady . He did not even move to assist instead he went into the back office and i was still standing there waiting for assistance, eventually a lady came and took my order and i paid. I then went into the next shop to get a few things and came back to the collection side. I again stood there, there was a guy moping the floor on the other side of the collection table, ignoring me, behind her a lady taking fish out of the deep fryer also ignoring me. I had to shout to the lady and ask her is someone going to help me, she decided to call guy that was moping who had now went to the other side. She then decided to help me took my receipt and gave me my 2 boxes of takeway without any bag to put them into. I then aske the lady what am i supposed to do with them and she said rudley , there are plastic bags take one and them in. I have never seen so much rudeness in my life</p>
