Went to Hooters Ruimsig on the 29th June. Upon payment the waitress said payment showed unauthorized, so we swiped again. The next day we realized two payments of R1400 per transaction went through. I drove through on Monday the 1st July, and was told by the manager that the bank should reverse one of the transactions but because it's Bidvest we should give it 48 hours. If not we had to provide a statement of account showing funds were not reversed in order to get a refund. We waited until Thursday, went back with all the proof and was assured problem would be resolved. It is now the 11th July and still no refund or response?!?! What is going on here??? Hooters South Africa Hooters Ruimsig ?? I find it disgusting that we support you weekly and now have to resort to social media in the hope to get a response!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE....
