I'm so concerned reading everyone else's issues with online purchases, and they don't bother to even reply. I ordered on the 26/11 to ensure it gets here on time before we leave for holiday tomorrow. Tried calling their call center, was on hold for 18 minutes and got cut off 😡Emailed but no response. What the HELL is going on there!!!!!!???? This is totally unacceptable. Quick to take all of our money, now we get NO FEEDBACK 😡😡😡
Doesn't seem like this company cares about their bad reviews but hopefully it stops people from buying this nonsense at such high prices! No email address to complain directly. We always buy the Garbie scented bin liners. Lately the bags don't fit our bin! It tears at the top... poor quality, not what we have become accustomed to. Very bad quality, and service East Rand Plastics.
Went to Hooters Ruimsig on the 29th June. Upon payment the waitress said payment showed unauthorized, so we swiped again. The next day we realized two payments of R1400 per transaction went through. I drove through on Monday the 1st July, and was told by the manager that the bank should reverse one of the transactions but because it's Bidvest we should give it 48 hours. If not we had to provide a statement of account showing funds were not reversed in order to get a refund. We waited until Thursday, went back with all the proof and was assured problem would be resolved. It is now the 11th July and still no refund or response?!?! What is going on here??? Hooters South Africa Hooters Ruimsig ?? I find it disgusting that we support you weekly and now have to resort to social media in the hope to get a response!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE....
