Extremely humiliated and disgusted

I am so humiliated and disappointed and hurt. I called the number of this business, the woman on the line gave the phone to a man and the man swore at me, he said **** man, told me I can’t call them at this time it’s not office hours. If they had their website in tact and had office hours as they so proudly shouted at me about I would not have called them. I have never called this business before, I was preparing to experience it tomorrow and after this I will not be suggesting it to anyone. They are rude, they swear at people just because they can’t see them, they don’t even know who they are addressing, which in fact everyone deserves respect. If their site had all the information I wouldn’t be here. The website also only has a cellphone number which I’m assuming is a private phone and not a business phone, for me to be passed around so I just get sworn at and humiliated was out of line. I’m a peaceful and very kind person, but I don’t take lightly to such. I don’t even know how to express the emotional state they put me in and I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. I hope this company can upgrade their website so others don’t have the same experience as I. I am so hurt, humiliated and did not think a company would reject a new customer in such a rude way.
