Worst Experience Ever - Never Use Them

I booked this place through airbnb. The place they put me in is completely unsafe. They described it as an apartment but its a shop in a shopping centre converted to a room. I'm a female travelling alone and I feel vulnerable to all sorts of dangers. Anyone can see through my windows from the passage when they walk pass.

Airbnb has been trying to get hold of the company since I checked in. I have requested that you give me alternative accommodation as the refund will take 7 to 10 days to reflect. They refused to respond to them. I could not sleep last night as people can see through the windows when they walk passed. This is not what you put in your listing description.

They refused to sort out my issue because I'm a black person. This company is ****** and *******
