Hostking service

Hostking used to be THE best hosting company, and I have referred numerous people to them. However, I have been struggling for more than a month to get my email address for my new domain sorted. I keep getting messages regarding "the server cannot be reached", yet they insist the fault is on my side.

If so, why don't you then help me sort it out, instead of saying "go and see if you can't fix it from your side."

No help at all. After various requests for help, I'll be moving my three domains to another host.
