Hostking used to be THE best hosting company, and I have referred numerous people to them. However, I have been struggling for more than a month to get my email address for my new domain sorted. I keep getting messages regarding "the server cannot be reached", yet they insist the fault is on my side. If so, why don't you then help me sort it out, instead of saying "go and see if you can't fix it from your side." No help at all. After various requests for help, I'll be moving my three domains to another host.
Momentum TYB is the administrator for various Medical Aids, yet after more than a month I could still not manage to update my banking details and pay my claim. I have various refence numbers and escalation numbers. NO communication and no-one can give answers.
Telkom must be the most pathetic business ever! We cancelled our contract with them due to a lack of service delivery, and received confirmation thereof (see below). However, since then we have been billed on a monthly basis EVERY month. Every month we get a new case number, we have to go to the bank to reverse the transaction, we are promised the problem is sorted - until the next month. How can we ever get this to stop??
