Major decrease in service with increase in pricing

This used to be the best hosting company in 2020 but since 2023 they have increased prices and with the price increase came a MAJOR decrease in service.

I have been experiencing issues upon issues and instead of the friendly service we used to receive, we are now met with attitude from all the agents. I am definitely looking to move all my domains to another company soon
