I booked at Savoy Hotel for 2 consecutive weekends 28-30 October 2022 and 6-7 November. Experience for first weekend was that their WiFi simply does not work at all, I conplained about this but forget that you’ll get assistance. Secondly, Savoy has got to be the only hotel that has SABC & eTV as their channel options in the room, no DStv channel at all, for their proce?? I dont understand.
Second weekend I was booked in a different room, still no WiFi, fan was not working, there was one towel instead of 2, SABC channels. And to top it all, the bed was making sounds just by sitting on it, makes more sounds when sleeping and turning facing the other way, yoh!!!!
I think the complacency has crept in with Savoy Management and staff because the service rendered is not value for money.
