FNB has such an appalling service, Business Bank is the worst of them all. These guys would be happy to ask you to go to the branch for assistance and when you get there you would be told to call the online banking blah blah.. PATHETIC service.
I just submitted an claim via Discovery and they refered me to their “trusted” assessors, Net Assess. Well let me tell you, they may be the biggest aseessors - so they say - in the land but their work is underwhelming to say the least, I have never seen anything like this before, you would swear that they get something out of short-servicing clients. If you have them as your assessors, tough luck, you are in trouble
Discovery insure costs more than any other car insurance company but are horrible when its time for claims. I just claimed for the first time since I was with them from 2020 - for a bumper mind you - but they are not willing to assist. The claims consultant assigned to me - Solly Mphela - is the most useless employee Discover ever had ( or ever assisted me).
The Checkers Sixty60 initiative comes with convenience but the lack of communication when there are delays can be appalling. I am watching a driver - EpithasHavyarimana - drive around with my parcel that was supposed to arrive 30mins ago and the app does not update the new arrival time in cases like these and it does not supply a platform for one to make a follow up. I guess in this case that lack of communication and delays defeats the purpose of the service.
I do not like the service provided by this conpany, I hate it. It has been days since my parcel was supposed to be delivered and when I follow up I do not get joy. A courier company that makes you talk with Bots chats and email, if you call tbey make you talk with machines is a NO NO from me. I stay 8.2km away from their depot but they have stories ot no responses at all, appalling service. If I could have a choice when purchasing if I want FedEx as delivery company or not, I would never choose that company.
Good day Insure. As a longstanding member of DC insure who has not claimed for five(5) years I feel like I am paying too much for this service. My monthly installment is R1 800 with excess increase (that I did not authorize) rising from R3 500 to R5 000 and this I find unprofessional, very unprofessional. I would like to review my policy with so that if I weigh my options moving forward.
The service is nonsense and Appalling, I’m glad that I’m completing my car in 3 months time. I would not advise anyone to join this nonsense of a company.
I would not advise anyone to joing Discovery insure at this point, in fact even myself I’m leaving them after being a loyal mamber for 4 years. DC insure will increase premiums multiple folds without contacting you an then don’t respond to calls when made
I claimed for my watch and the process was seemless, I was cagey at first seeing that everything is digital but all went well. Thank you Naked
I booked at Savoy Hotel for 2 consecutive weekends 28-30 October 2022 and 6-7 November. Experience for first weekend was that their WiFi simply does not work at all, I conplained about this but forget that you’ll get assistance. Secondly, Savoy has got to be the only hotel that has SABC & eTV as their channel options in the room, no DStv channel at all, for their proce?? I dont understand. Second weekend I was booked in a different room, still no WiFi, fan was not working, there was one towel instead of 2, SABC channels. And to top it all, the bed was making sounds just by sitting on it, makes more sounds when sleeping and turning facing the other way, yoh!!!! I think the complacency has crept in with Savoy Management and staff because the service rendered is not value for money.
