Poor Room Condition and Service.

Iam correctly booked in from 28 August til 1 September. From reception to my room, it's a disgraceful walk. While I have to park my vehicle at what seems to be a seperate premises to where my room is.

August is still a very cold month in Mthatha. Tiled floors no carpet around the bed. Room is extremely cold and to add insult to injury, the air-conditioned isn't working. Called multiple times. Don't even get me started with two single bed put next to one another. They kept splitting. The sheets are dirty and don't seem to have been changed from the previous visitor. Disgusting to say the least.

Tv remote doesn't work either.

Room service some guy not even dressed in uniform walks if and you just not sure if he is there to rob you or assist you. ***** character. My opinion, this place is poorly managed and I wouldn't recommend that anyone spends their hard earned money there.
