Tell me why do I have to wait more that 72hrs for a technician to be sent out to come and fix my line which has been down from Sunday 6th and as I’m typing my line is still down. The ISP all they can tell me is that they’ve escalated the issue to Vumatel and in the email response they tell me they could take from 24 to 72hrs to have someone out to fix my issue. I’m also going to review Supersonic, ****py service level agreement.
Honestly, I don't even know where to begin. Poor Service, Poor Communication, Slow verification process and general bad new user assistance experience. At this point I wouldn't recommend Payfast as your initial go to online payment processing partner.
Do not purchase any of their products especially using their online portal. I paid R1200 for their buy one get one free promo. Still haven’t received any order confirmation and or communication from their sales team. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for the past few days, they haven’t responded or attended to my issue. VERY POOR SERVICE.

Not knowing whether your money went to the right recipient is torture enough even if it’s 2 minutes after placing the order. AliExpress is way better than your processes. You need to do better. Steers Newcastle on Volksrust Road Poor service and rude employee when queried on a purchase that included a drink. The drive thru board menu included a drink to which they then tell us that our meal doesn’t include a drink. To add salt to injury, Manager and her employees are just a bunch of rude individual with no sense of courtesy.
Harcourts, please explain why my water and electricity bill has to be filtered through your offices? Why don't I just get the Municipal bill as it is from the Municipality? What added amounts are being added? Why isn't there transparency in this regard?
Iam correctly booked in from 28 August til 1 September. From reception to my room, it's a disgraceful walk. While I have to park my vehicle at what seems to be a seperate premises to where my room is. August is still a very cold month in Mthatha. Tiled floors no carpet around the bed. Room is extremely cold and to add insult to injury, the air-conditioned isn't working. Called multiple times. Don't even get me started with two single bed put next to one another. They kept splitting. The sheets are dirty and don't seem to have been changed from the previous visitor. Disgusting to say the least. Tv remote doesn't work either. Room service some guy not even dressed in uniform walks if and you just not sure if he is there to rob you or assist you. ***** character. My opinion, this place is poorly managed and I wouldn't recommend that anyone spends their hard earned money there.

I've only started using this company from November 2020 and they're already costing us thousands. They claim I have used on average plus 500lt of water in 9 day into January 2021. Making a today of about 4.36kl in just under 9 days.
