Please assist
I just want to report Booking.com. I booked accommodation on the 23rd of January with booking number 6023245996 and the accommodation was in Pretoria and when I received a confirmation email was stated that the accommodation was in Japan. Please assist me on this matter I need my refund and they are not responding to my cancelation emails The hotels name was Hotel area one ise.

I just want to report Booking.com. HotelQuickly and Trivago
Never ever use this online hotel booking system which I found via the Trivago website. They will advertise the cheapest rates BUT will inform you a few days prior to your intended stay that your booking has been cancelled for reasons beyond their control. They refuse a cash refund and offer a “credit voucher”. Crooks and the internet is full of complaints about them. Never pay upfront!

HotelQuickly and Trivago
Never ever use this online hotel booking system which I found via the Trivago website. They will advertise the cheapest rates BUT will inform you a few days prior to your intended stay that your booking has been cancelled for reasons beyond their control. They refuse a cash refund and offer a “credit voucher”. Crooks and the internet is full of complaints about them. Never pay upfront!

If you wan book your accommodation please don’t use Hotelquickly they scam. I booked with them end of October then yesterday I got an email that they canceled my reservation and they will refund me in a form of a voucher . I sent an email to tell them I want my money back as I’m not interested in using their services ever again even now they have not refunded my money and I need to be in Durban Friday with no accommodation and no money to rebook

SCAM ALERT!!!! SCAM ALERT!!! SCAM ALERT!!! I cannot stress enough what a big scam this is. They offer cheap hotel bookings, accept payment for the booking and a few days before your trip they cancel your booking, sending you a mail saying due to "unfortunate circumstances" and you will be issued with a voucher. Comments from other people that were scammed, they actually went to the hotel to be told "no booking". Please avoid this booking site, no matter how cheap and good a deal. Read the comments on the App store, and online. Wish I had before making a booking.
