Item received not as stated in shop
Before purchasing the lounge suit I asked Rodney from Lazy Boy how many recliners in the 3-2-1 set, he said 5. To which I responded in other words all seats can recline except the middle seat in the 3 seat couch, to which he responded correct. I asked him if he could offer me any discount on the set to which he gave me R500 discount, the actual cost of the set R27999. On the following Monday I went to pay the deposit for the set and requested from Queenith (the most helpful person ever) if she could offer some discount on the master guard which she did. The set was delivered as promised but then after opening the set it was not a 5 recliner set but only a 3 recliner set. I contacted the shop immediately and said that management would get back to me on Monday as the set was delivered on a Friday. Now they will consider replacing the set but there is a waiting period of 6 weeks I have moved into my new house and don't have a lounge suit. I have asked if they can only fetch the 2 seat couch to make them recline and I was told no because the colour wont match and if I keep the \wrong"set until they bring the new one they can't sell it because it will be a second hand set(page1/2)"""
