I returned a warranty item this morning, received exceptional service from the personnel. Very friendly.
I think there personel are very arrogant and trying to get rid of the caller as quick as possible. They are very reluctant to respond to a complaint and do not follow up with Telkom. I will not recommend using them as a service provider.
I just want to thank Mr Koos Swart from House of Class Nelspruit. Although my lounge suite were out of warranty, they still negotiated with Alpine Furniture to fix my lounge suite.
