Unhygienic services

i order cappuccino on a daily basis, past 2 years at House of Coffee Caltex freshstop chrisville. the quality of the cappuccino varies from good to not worth the money, as various staff member involved. Usually the cashiers. Cashiers that are dealing with touching money should wash hand before using the coffee machine which most do not. very unhygienic. yesterday i ordered a cappuccino and the lady came from the kitchen take away area, walking through the shop eating on a chicken drumstick. the garage owner was present in the take away area. she placed the drumstick next to the coffee machine and without washing her hands she proceeded to make my coffee. this is very unacceptable and of a very low standard. I am also vegetarian and was very offended by this type of sloppy service. with covid and moneypox the management should insure that this does not happen that staff eating with their hands in contact with their mouth are serving customers. Management should also not allow staff members to eat with their hands, or to eat in area where food is been prepared for the public.
