Money *****s over quality

I bought a couple of appliances from them last year June, the microwave had to be replaced and then fixed, within the 6month warranty. The issue is persistent now ans it was repaired again at a cost to me now barely a month after the repair it is broken again with the same issue. I am told I must buy another one they will not fix it or replace it. Pathetic if you ask me as the issue started before the end of the warranty.

They are ready to take our money even on faulty units. I told them that I am not accepting their resolve and I am taking it further
