I bought a couple of appliances from them last year June, the microwave had to be replaced and then fixed, within the 6month warranty. The issue is persistent now ans it was repaired again at a cost to me now barely a month after the repair it is broken again with the same issue. I am told I must buy another one they will not fix it or replace it. Pathetic if you ask me as the issue started before the end of the warranty. They are ready to take our money even on faulty units. I told them that I am not accepting their resolve and I am taking it further
I requested for the router to be looked at in January as the signal does not reach my bedroom. The appointment was for 18 Feb and till today I am waiting, no communication is sent about the delay. Bad communication for a telecoms company

Still no word from MTN, very quick to want your money but dont assist with queries. I wouldn't recommend anyone to have a contract with them
I've requested for my otp number to changed to my new number and more than a week later I still cant do transfers on the app. For something I was told would take 48hours, time seems to be standing still. Once I'm done paying off my credit card, I am done with this bank. How can something so small be such a hustle.
I was nearly scammed in April, I reported the matter immediately after I realised what was happening. The customer service lady told me the transaction will be reversed and only takes 5 days and 2 months later the matter is not resolved. I keep sending emails and I'm taken from pillar to post with no one giving answers. Resolve this and cancel my contract with immediate effect, I want nothing to do with your contracts anymore

My mother passed on January 2021. We sent through all the documents needed to put in a claim and this very day we have not received any response, not even them acknowledging our rmail nothing. They are good at taking the monthly debit orders but dont respond emails, what are the chances of them paying out.
