I bought a fridge on 31 May 2025,when I opened it it had deep dents,I told the store about it the monday,they refused to change it as they claim I used it,they did not disclose the dents to me,after I complained at the consumer goods council,they attempted to change the door which proofed to be unsuccessful,they gave me a loan fridge in July I think towards the end,I am still sitting with their loan fridge they don't want to exchange the fridge for me and want to charge me handling fees of 15% after I reported the matter a day after getting the fridge,imagine what happened to 6 months warranty?

As discussed before your purchase was made, this item was sold as damaged. You were offered both a damaged one as well as one in impeccable condition for a bit more. You opted for the damaged one (as recorded).
Furthermore, upon receiving the item, you viewed the damages and accepted the item, used it, and thereafter requested for us to return and swop this out for one in impeccable condition, free of charge.
We've gone above and beyond in attempting to assist you by changing the door on two occasions free of charge. We've also had this checked several times with tests conducted to confirm that the item is indeed 100% functional without any cosmetic damages.
We've assisted with offering a loan unit while we resolve this at the Ombudsman, we've also resolved cosmetic damages which we generally do not do.
We've confirmed that we can swop out/refund at a reasonable handling fee. As this item is 100% functional without any cosmetic damages, we cannot just exchange or swop it out.
