I am disappointed with the service I received. After making full payment for the tombstone, I expected professional service and clear communication throughout the process. Unfortunately with House of granite polokwane, my experience has been opposite. Your staff have displayed unprofessional, dishonesty and a lack of accountability. There is absolutely no communication. Instead of being updated on progress , I have to call your office repeatedly, often without proper feedback. It is unacceptable that a customer must fight and beg for a service that has already been paid for. If you value your money don't go to house of granite go where they value the customers.
