I am disappointed with the service I received. After making full payment for the tombstone, I expected professional service and clear communication throughout the process. Unfortunately with House of granite polokwane, my experience has been opposite. Your staff have displayed unprofessional, dishonesty and a lack of accountability. There is absolutely no communication. Instead of being updated on progress , I have to call your office repeatedly, often without proper feedback. It is unacceptable that a customer must fight and beg for a service that has already been paid for. If you value your money don't go to house of granite go where they value the customers.
There is someone at old mutual who is opening policies without the customers knowledge. I have been to old mutual offices by they are not tak8ng this serious. That person 's name is Asanda. She is busy opening policies on your behalf without your knowledge. It happens to me twice, she open 3 policies without my knowledge, i dont know her i never gave her a go ahead but the policies are there on my payslip. When you go to the branch they don't take this serious. Old mutual don't take their customers serious. I just closed all my policies with them
The service at department of labour polokwane centre their service is very poor and the dont know how to talk to the citizen's. Canbthe minister do something about this. Because you cant not wait hor the services for more than 6 hours with no help. Am so ****ed. The manager there doesnt not talk to people nicely.
