No replies on numerous emails!

I ordered a ring for R1800 that is supposed to be sterling silver.

Not even 2 weeks of wearing the ring, the colour started to come off of the ring and leaves colour on my husbands finger.

I have send who knows how many emails to House of Kallie and Hello Pretty, but no one is coming back to me.

This is the first time I have ordered with them and this will surely be the last if they do not even bother to reply.

So unprofessional!!!
