House of pools was one of 3 companies approached. Quote was competitive. Some things I did not like in the contract and Anestos was more that accommodating with the changes I made (after we discussed it). Pool construction proceeded smoothly with regular updates and videos/pics. Handover was good. Some issues after the pool was handed over and these were handled well although it did take one or two goes to get the issue sorted out. Anestos was always available and happy to sort out the issue that arose. The only quibble was a subcontractor who broke a drain cover that was not repaired as it should have been but to be fair the drain cover was in a state of disrepair prior to construction commencing
