Poor selection of partners to share my information with
Very happy with DSTV as a product. I am a premium subscriber, love the sport and the programs on offer. Maybe a bit too many repetas etc but I can live with it I recently upgraded my decoder through OnAir. Process was smooth. However since the upgrade I cannot get rid of people calling me trying to sell me insurance. I did not opt in for this. The worst thing is today someone called congratulating me for being a long-term subscriber and made it sound like I was going to be rewarded for my loyalty (I am not that naive to expect something free) and proceeded to tell me I had access to a special insurance offer for funeral cover for me an my family at only R119 for R50000 rand cover. DSTV need to select who they share information with more carefully. I do not want unsolicited calls, especially sneaky underhanded calls making it sound like they are doing me a favour when all they are trying to do is sell me something. It almost makes me want to cancel my subscription and go to another platform.

Oct 2022 purchase
Once again great service. One of theoptions i wnated on the website was not was not an option. Emailed Warren at Bike Addict to check if they had stock. It was available and he completed the order with the invoice. Paid and here 48 hours later. Not the first time I have had excellent help. Adrian

Excellent support and customer service
I am a frequent buyer on this site. The service has always been professional and quick. I have had two issues. The first was an incorrect item being shipped. It later turned out they didn’t have the correct item but sent me something similar for free. The second issue was a missing item in my last order. It obviously was just missed during the packing of my items. I contacted Bike Addict and it was sorted out and shipped the next day. Ideally these things should not have happened but the way the problem was rectified was superb. Adrian

House of pools installation
House of pools was one of 3 companies approached. Quote was competitive. Some things I did not like in the contract and Anestos was more that accommodating with the changes I made (after we discussed it). Pool construction proceeded smoothly with regular updates and videos/pics. Handover was good. Some issues after the pool was handed over and these were handled well although it did take one or two goes to get the issue sorted out. Anestos was always available and happy to sort out the issue that arose. The only quibble was a subcontractor who broke a drain cover that was not repaired as it should have been but to be fair the drain cover was in a state of disrepair prior to construction commencing
