Received faulty item and had terrible customer service

<div>I am really disappointed in House Shop and ***** customer service. I purchased a brand new double butler off their website and was delivered a scratched refurbished sink and they refused to take responsibility. The product arrived while I was out of town. When I returned a few days later and checked it I noticed all the issues and they said because I didn't check it I'm outta luck and were really rude in their correspondence. I really don't recommend this business and I will never use them again.</div>

Mikhaela is not being truthful. She did not receive a faulty sink. She checked and signed for the sink. We sent her an email to ask her to check it again and tell us if there was a problem. She did not come back to report a problem. Only after 10 days did she send us photos of some scratches. All the photos she sent are taken inside her kitchen while they are trying to install the sink. We tried to help her and explain to her that it is easy to repair but instead she came here to make defamatory claims. We beg our customers through multiple communication to check goods before they sign because we can claim from insurance. The way Michaela has handled it removed that option for us. We now use this review as a warning to future customers to please check your goods before signing. Do not sign for something that is damaged in any way!!
