I’m so disappointed, I would have been this businesses best customer, I’ve been buying the bras they source from abroad since before they existed. Delighted when I first found out about them I booked my fitting and paid for it. Arrived on time and even though I was in contact with them that morning they didn’t tell me They were running late. I arrived in the middle Of my work day for them To just have me sit there for 45 mins before seeing me. I almost left before the started rushing to see me. The fitting went well it was With the owner, I spent like an extra 45 minutes with her giving her marketing advice and building a rapport and had thought we were on to a Long relationship I spare no expense with my bras and I’m a wonderful advocate for brands I believe in. I just had a baby and tried to get in touch with their customer service for a week getting unhelpful short responses a day later each time. I was trying to establish how to Do a new fitting and get advice on when to buy my new bras post partum. They clearly don’t want or need my business as their customer service was horrific and they should be ashamed. I don’t recommend this company at all. The bras they sell are great it’s just a pity that they are the ones who sell them hopefully a competitor can come to the market maybe that will give them the kick in the pants they need.
<div>I am really disappointed in House Shop and ***** customer service. I purchased a brand new double butler off their website and was delivered a scratched refurbished sink and they refused to take responsibility. The product arrived while I was out of town. When I returned a few days later and checked it I noticed all the issues and they said because I didn't check it I'm outta luck and were really rude in their correspondence. I really don't recommend this business and I will never use them again.</div>
