I am so disappointed with HP. I had a Dell, and after this experience, I am really upset that I changed. I paid 35K for my laptop and cannot work on it, it keeps giving me a blue screen and restarting. I have lost work, and it is costing me money. I tried contacting support and was told I am number 1 in the queue for 10 minutes and then cut off... twice. Your support is pathetic and non-existent. I am so upset. I will take this matter to all the platforms I can. I did not expect this from HP!!! Sent
