I am so disappointed with HP. I had a Dell, and after this experience, I am really upset that I changed. I paid 35K for my laptop and cannot work on it, it keeps giving me a blue screen and restarting. I have lost work, and it is costing me money. I tried contacting support and was told I am number 1 in the queue for 10 minutes and then cut off... twice. Your support is pathetic and non-existent. I am so upset. I will take this matter to all the platforms I can. I did not expect this from HP!!! Sent
Uner stole money from my account and I am unable to get hold of them for an explanation.
I would like to give a zero star rating but this option is not available. I ordered an item approx 2 weeks back so my sons could do leather work during the holidays. Takealot delivered the wrong item. I had to go through the process to get the product collected and returned. Today the supposedly correct item was delivered. On opening it I was disappointed to see the exact same product had been delivered. You can't contact the manager at Takealot you can only communicate through email. This experience has really proved to me that Takealot feels rocks for the customer.
After been with Mtn for approximately 30 years and spending a serious amount of money through my contracts I have come to realise that loyalty does not mean anything to Mtn. I am due for an upgrade and have been approached by so called ‘sales personnel’ asking me how they can help me upgrade.(obviously chasing the money) On each occasion I have requested they send me, via email, what is available and what my options are. This has happened on more than 5 occasions and I am still waiting for the options (email). On Friday, I decided I would call Mtn and do the upgrade. After been cut off, I tried again and was assisted by a lady who was quite arrogant and it sounded as if she was doing me a favor (hello I am contributing to your salary). Nonetheless , we went through the process and near the end she said there was a system issue and promised to call me back the next day. Well, the next day, and actually the next 5 days have come and gone. And I am still waiting. Well Mtn I get the message loud and clear and will find another service provider. Marketing 101 . Gain trust and loyalty. Clearly Mtn missed that class. I will tell anyone that asks me … avoid Mtn at all costs.
We have wifi with Mweb / Frogfoot in the Lynnwood, Pretoria, area. It is the worst service provider / fibre solution. Avoid using ghem at all costs. The internet constantly drops and you have no connectivity. If you call Mweb you wait up to an hour to have your call answered. STAY AWAY.
I ordered from Nandos Menlyn and it took one and a half hours before I received my Uber Eats meal. The food was cold and part of my order was not there. Nandos blames Uber Eats. I will not buy from Nandos if this is their attitude.
We ordered Nandos and after an hour and a half we have yet to recieve our food. This is the second time this is happening. Uber Eats is the worst. I am going to placd a message on all platforms to request we ***cott Uber Eats
My Computer was sent to Macshack by Discovery. Six weeks have passed and I still have no computer. They have sent the computer back to me ywice and on both occasions the computer would not even switch on. These guys seem like a backyard computer company. Will not take my computer to them if I had the choice.
My computer had surge damage it was approved for repairs and sent to Mac Shack in Johannesburg. 6 weeks later I am still waiting for the computer. It has been sent back to us twice and both times would not turn on. Discovery wash their hands of the matter and just say "Eish its bad"
The worst service ever. My computer was damaged and I submitted a claim. The claim was approved on 26 January 2023. I am yet to get my computer back. What is ironic if you are late with a payment you lose your insurance.
