Best prices and reliable service
Over the past 6+ years, I sold an iPad Pro, a Mac Mini and a laptop through Macshack and purchased a MacBook Pro. Each time the process couldn't have been easier, with excellent communication throughout, and they offered good prices for the items I sold them (a lot better than iStore). Not only do Macshack offer an extensive range of new and refurbished products - mostly Apple of course - but the business is 100% reliable and their prices are better than anywhere else (I always shop around for the best price!). I would highly recommend them.

Pristine Quality Pre-Owned Products - Very Satisfied
Very pleased with my purchases at Mac Shack. I purchased a Macbook Pro 15" as well as an iPhone 14 Pro Max, at a ridiculous cheap rate. The quality was really excellent. Both were in pristine condition. Had doubts before I purchase my first item, but they are very trustworthy. Would recommend for anyone looking at really premium certified apple products at a lekker rate.

Very professional and efficient company. A guy name Ian had helped me through the process of selling my iPhone 14 Plus and within a week everything was sorted and payment to me was done. Keep it up.

What a pleasure it is dealing with MacShack! I recently purchased a MacBook online and was blown away with the number of configuration options MacShack had to choose from, not to mention that their pricing is unbeatable, especially when they have a special deal. As soon as my payment had been approved, I had regular updates from MacShack regarding the estimated delivery date and much to my surprise, my MacBook was delivered within 2 working days after I'd ordered it! The day after delivery, I received a call from one of the sales team at MacShack to check that everything went well with the delivery. This level of customer service is a rare thing nowadays and I am beyond impressed!

Impressed with Mac Shack's service
I am so impressed with the service at Mac Shack. Before visiting them, I took my Mac to iStore, where a diagnostic was performed. iStore informed me that my Mac was unfixable due to it being a vintage model with a hardware problem. However, when I sent my Mac to Mac Shack, they repaired it without any issues. I only paid the diagnostic fee as they found nothing wrong with my Mac. I used my own courier service, and Mac Shack efficiently packaged and returned my Mac. Thank you so much, Mac Shack!

Very bad and rude service
No people skills the one manager is very rude and says he does not have the time to help...and the one lady with him does not have people skills Aswell and is very rude and she had inappropriate clothing on and has a very bad attitude as if she does not want to help and i heard her say to the manager some inappropriate things about me and she did not think i would hear what she said. I Work for Apple and this is not what customer service is all about.
