Over the past 6+ years, I sold an iPad Pro, a Mac Mini and a laptop through Macshack and purchased a MacBook Pro. Each time the process couldn't have been easier, with excellent communication throughout, and they offered good prices for the items I sold them (a lot better than iStore). Not only do Macshack offer an extensive range of new and refurbished products - mostly Apple of course - but the business is 100% reliable and their prices are better than anywhere else (I always shop around for the best price!). I would highly recommend them.

After receiving excellent quality printing time and again from Canvas & More in the past -- canvases and photo books specifically -- I'm very disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered two different photo books and three 40 cm x 30 cm photo collage prints to fit frames of that size six weeks ago. When I received the photo books, the printing was much too dark and the 3 prints had been enlarged and cut very crudely on one side so that they didn't fit the frames -- the whole print was off-centre and had no border on one side. So I requested that the books and the prints all be reprinted. The photo books were reprinted (only after several email and WhatsApp reminders, as the reorder had seemingly been forgotten about) and were definitely better than the first attempt, but were delivered without the 3 x prints. I followed up and was told that the printers hadn't realised the 3 prints also needed to be reprinted, despite me sending photos of the problem via email and WhatsApp along with photos of the dark photo book pages, and these issues all being acknowledged. So the reprints of the 40 x 30 cm prints were delivered a few weeks later, but all three were enlarged and crudely cropped on the left side yet again -- identical to the original ones that were sent -- so they still would not fit properly in the frames. I again contacted Canvas & More via WhatsApp and email and sent photos of the first printing attempt and the second attempt and explained the problem again. The person I was in contact with said that she would personally go to production and check that the prints were done properly this time. I received an order from Canvas & More two days ago, but it wasn't the three prints I'd been expecting -- instead they sent another photo book. I still don't have the three prints. After so many emails and WhatsApp messages to try to sort out the issue, I've given up trying to get the 3 prints I've been waiting for for the past 6 weeks.
As a customer for over a decade with Miway with very few, minor claims during the duration of my policy (they themselves refer to me as a low risk client), I was about to cancel my policy after the premium was set to go up by over 70%, but Thanduxolo Qomoyi was very helpful in reducing the premium substantially -- thank you, Thanduxolo. I was also unhappy with the substantial increases in excess amounts on some of the insured items in the updated policy schedule, but as Thanduxolo explained, he couldn't reduce these without the premiums going higher. So the excesses on everything have gone up significantly, but at least the premium is more affordable. This does make me wonder what insurance companies like Miway think of their customers -- do they take us for fools in that if we don't question the increases, they think it's absolutely fine to do this annually?
I have always been impressed with the quality of the canvas prints and photo books I've received from Canvas & More. They also have a wide range of products to choose from and make it so easy to submit your photos for printing. Their fabulous specials from time to time represent amazing value for money.

Having had excellent meals from Frozen For You in the past, I was very disappointed with a rather expensive dish I bought in December for a special occasion. I purchased a large 3.44 kg 8-10 person chicken lasagne, but try as we could, none of us could find a single sheet of pasta anywhere in the dish. The result was a sloppy mess on the plates as the lasagne had no form/structure, so it was not possible to cut it into neat servings. When I complained about this via email, I received a response that the matter was investigated thoroughly and "It was found that the 3.44kg Chicken Lasagne contains only 2 lasagne sheets, which are barely visible due to the size of the dish. In contrast, the 430g, 860g, and 1.72kg sizes also contain only 2 lasagne sheets, but because of their smaller size, the sheets are more visible and add more structure to the dish. The size of the lasagne sheets used in all the different sizes of the Chicken Lasagne is the same. I hope this clarifies the situation and may help alleviate some of your disappointment or at least shed some light on future purchases. We truly appreciate your understanding." Well, this pathetic explanation did nothing to alleviate our disappointment and is not an acceptable explanation at all. Why would you use the same number of pasta sheets in a 3.44 kg as you'd use in a 430 g dish?? That is not a reasonable explanation. As I mentioned before, none of our party could find evidence of any pasta sheets at all in the dish. Despite initially offering to replace the meal, after the so called investigation done, there was no further communication from Frozen For You and they clearly think that the above explanation is good enough and exonerates them. I will no longer be buying food from Frozen For You after this experience. Their food is very tasty, but is NOT cheap, so if this is how they treat their customers when there is a genuine complaint, they don't deserve my patronage.

What a pleasure it is dealing with MacShack! I recently purchased a MacBook online and was blown away with the number of configuration options MacShack had to choose from, not to mention that their pricing is unbeatable, especially when they have a special deal. As soon as my payment had been approved, I had regular updates from MacShack regarding the estimated delivery date and much to my surprise, my MacBook was delivered within 2 working days after I'd ordered it! The day after delivery, I received a call from one of the sales team at MacShack to check that everything went well with the delivery. This level of customer service is a rare thing nowadays and I am beyond impressed!
Fantastic service from FirstShop with matching a competitor's price. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the excellent Dell U3223QE monitor I purchased. The only frustrating thing was that they couldn't give me any info about the delivery - who the courier was or a tracking number - as it was delivered through a third party courier, so there was no way of knowing exactly when my monitor would be delivered, and there was zero communication from the courier company.
