Another week of being ignored - Worst customer service in South Africa
Another week of being completely ignored by them. Highly unprofessional service. This is my second complaint, and again nothing has been done to address my first complaint on the horrific customer service they have. They deduct the monthly debit order, but still get messages from Lenders about my installments being late and increasing, constantly being harrassed by Lender messages and handover notices. Have escalated this and have been ignored for a week. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They damage your credit record even more, they don't do anything to assist in your issues.

Pristine Quality Pre-Owned Products - Very Satisfied
Very pleased with my purchases at Mac Shack. I purchased a Macbook Pro 15" as well as an iPhone 14 Pro Max, at a ridiculous cheap rate. The quality was really excellent. Both were in pristine condition. Had doubts before I purchase my first item, but they are very trustworthy. Would recommend for anyone looking at really premium certified apple products at a lekker rate.

Slowest Fibre Internet in South Africa
Slowest Fibre speed I have ever experienced, it should be a crime. Vox has the most tragically slow internet speed. We have a 25/25mb Uncapped and Unthrottled Fibre line with Vox. The internet speed has been horrific, cant even open basic web stuff without it loading forever. The free WiFi at Wimpy is faster than this. I Need to restart the router 3-5 times a day. We have called numerous times to have the line reset and investigated, and stuff usually works for a couple hours again, then go back to being absolute trash. You would think when calling for the same issue multiple times they would actually sort their stuff out. Would not suggest Vox for people who are looking for fast internet. We will be switching to a different and better Fibre provider in the upcoming month.

Horrible Service and Internet Speed
The worst Fibre provider in South Africa. Horrible customer service, and their lines are just a straight up ****. We have a 30/30 line with Vox, but run into connection issues almost every day. The throttling is horrific, you end up getting a 2mb line while paying for a 30mb line. Even when this is supposed to be uncapped an unthrottled. When you call them to reset the line things go fine for a couple hours again, but just go back to being a ****show again. The worst internet speeds I have ever experienced was with Vox. It just seems everything they do and offer is garbage. DO NOT apply for Vox if you want fast internet, they don't offer that, at all.

Debit Order Deducted after they said it was Cancelled - Request for Refund Being Ignored for over a Week
I expected everything to go smoothly with Vantage, unfortunately, after they told me Debit Orders were cancelled, a debit order still went off on my account. They have been ignoring my requests for refunds, I have reached out Via WhatsApp and Email, and have been ignored for more than a week now. Not a very transparent process, and they ignore you for days on end. The agent that I have worked with when signing up is Aphiwe, after their first Debit order was deducted, they went silent.
