Very disappointed with Samsung. I have purchased a Samsung S25fe in September 2025 when the phone just got launched and received no presents on the Members app. And 2 weeks ago i saw that Samsung is giving away the s10 lite on the members app if the phone was purchased. So I went ahead and claimed for it from the app only to be disappointed that I did not qualify for the Tab because I purchased it outside of the promotional period. I feel this is unfair on us buyers who have purchased these phones and then got nothing from Samsung for trying their new product but was used as their trial customers to see how well the phone does and receive no compensation. Although in other countries when I googled they received so many gifts upon purchasing the phone as soon as it was released. Samsung you are playing a very dirty game and it is not right on us to lose out on a gift as well. I demand to get my gift from Samsung for the purchase of my Samsung s25fe promotional period or not.

My husband even messaged them and was said the parcel will be shipped out today but I haven’t received any tracking, a messag was sent still nothing was sent. This site is a **** and don’t fall fo their services to buy GLP 1 from them.
Very disappointed with Nandos Chatsworth in Durban. This is the 2nd time I had issues with the delivery service from this branch. I ordered at 5pm today and when I checked the app at 5:30pm it showed me my order is en route. At 5:45pm I called the store n I was told the driver was on his way to pick up my food. At 6:15 the food was not delivered at when I called the store again the food was not even picked up by the driver whilst there was a driver sitting in the store and doing nothing. I’m disgusted with Nando’s delivery service and I eventually received the food at 6:45 and the food was ice cold. They didn’t even compensate me for the mess up. Nandos charge us such big amounts for the food but cannot even have a proper on time delivery service and their app is full of lies. Nandos you guys need to wake up.

I have had such a wonderful experience with selling of my Samsung phone. Their pick was efficient and they turn around time was less then 3 days. Very please with their service. Just booked in my second phone for selling and already received the pick up label etc. Well done on being so efficient and reliable.

I am a contract marker and had an issue and with all professional email communication my matter was resolved in 2 days. Hi I ordered from Nandos Bayview in chatsworth Durban and the food I received was not up to standard and was not made according to what I asked for. I ordered 2 quarter chicken and a side meals. One was with rice and one peri peri chips. Both I asked for extra basting and well done. The quarter chicken was extremely dry with no extra basting nor was it well done and the rice was extremely hard and it could not be eaten. I took images of the rice. The 2nd quarter chicken was the same, dry no basting and not well done and the chips were not peri peri. I have a picture of the chicken as well. When I looked on my app orders, both orders had it stated that I wanted extra basting on both chickens and peri peri chips but the store receipt did not have the extra basting option. I have images of this as well. I am extremely disappointed with the food I received today and I would like to request the store to reimburse me in some way to make up for this.
Wheelchair services at king shaka international Airport. I was very disappointed and upset with the way my mum and I were treated by Sandile, the team leader of the wheelchair services. I had a flight on Thursdays 20 April 2023 to O R Thambo at 19:50pm. I had ordered for the wheelchair assistance for my mum due to her inability to walk long distances. After check in, we proceeded to the wheel chair stand were we were told to sit and wait there. Upon getting there, I asked for a wheel chair by a team member named Charles who went to the team leader and organized for me. Charles then asked my mum and I to sit and wait until 7pm and then he will come n fetch my mum to proceed to the gates. It was 7:05pm and Charles was not present. I then went to the team leader Sandile and asked for Charles, he told me to wait for Charles as he was with another passenger. We then waited another 15 minutes and at 7:20pm we were still waiting. While waiting there, there were other team members that were sitting and doing nothing and playing with their phones. As time was getting closer to the boarding gates to close I then went back to sandile to aware him that we were getting late for the flight and to please ask another team member to assist my mum to the flight. When I got there he began to get rude and arrogant with me and began to start screaming at me in front of the team members and did not listen to what I had to say. While he began screaming at me, i also got angry and tried to speak back and the team members that were sitting and doing nothing began screaming at me and my mum in their isizulu language telling my mum n I to get out etc. As this was happening, Charles had arrived and escorted us and the team members and sandile continued laughing and mocking my mum and I. My interaction with Sandile the team member was very unpleasant and unprofessional. It seemed to me as if he was under the influence of alcohol as his eyes were very red when I looked at him and tried speaking to him. I am very upset with this incident that occurred last night and I feel very discriminated with the way my mum and I were treated but Sandile and his team members and it was very unprofessional.
