I ordered a black ink cartridge for my HP OfficeJet Pro 9013 printer on the 3rd of May 2023. Although I stay in North Riding, the cartridge took more than a week to arrive. When I tried to use it, the printer still showed "Cartridges depleted", even after several attempts. I logged a query requesting a replacement through the route provided for on the hpshop website and received an acknowledgment on the 21st of May. Then total radio silence. When I queried hpshop via a reply to their email acknowledgement I received a "email not in use anymore" reply from hpshop, with a telephone number that I was asked to contact. However, when dialling the number all I got was "this number is not in use". Further attempts yielded the same result. This has been a hugely disappointing experience - the exact opposite of what HP promises on hpshop. I have paid for a cartridge, but nearly 4 weeks later I still do not have a working cartridge and there is seemingly no way to communicate with hpshop. Quite pathetic actually. I would not recommend dealing with hpshop to anyone, not even Putin
