Placed an order through the website on the 19th April. To date have not received the goods . No communication as well . Any attempt to contact them via the number 0861477467 just gives you what number you are in the queue and does not get answered . Sent an email , received no response.

I ordered a black ink cartridge for my HP OfficeJet Pro 9013 printer on the 3rd of May 2023. Although I stay in North Riding, the cartridge took more than a week to arrive. When I tried to use it, the printer still showed "Cartridges depleted", even after several attempts. I logged a query requesting a replacement through the route provided for on the hpshop website and received an acknowledgment on the 21st of May. Then total radio silence. When I queried hpshop via a reply to their email acknowledgement I received a "email not in use anymore" reply from hpshop, with a telephone number that I was asked to contact. However, when dialling the number all I got was "this number is not in use". Further attempts yielded the same result. This has been a hugely disappointing experience - the exact opposite of what HP promises on hpshop. I have paid for a cartridge, but nearly 4 weeks later I still do not have a working cartridge and there is seemingly no way to communicate with hpshop. Quite pathetic actually. I would not recommend dealing with hpshop to anyone, not even Putin

Having purchased from Hpshop before, I ordered my laptop from them again. It has been 2 months with no order being delivered. Emails are ignored. I have been" Called back"", more than once. It seems I have lost my money. DO NOT do businesss with HP SHOP.

Pathetic, unprofessional, almost non existent service. I placed an order for hp9***l bundle on Monday 8 JUne because Item showed "in stock". I expected delivery in 3 days, as shown on their website. On Friday I called in, spoke to Fortunate, she told me they out of stock. She would check store stock and get back to me. Today, 17 JUne I'm still waiting on her call. Meanwhile I've sent emails and I get an automated response saying someone will call me within 24 hours. no-one called yet. On Monday 15th I received a delivery of magenta and cyan only, no black or yellow. I tried calling in, no answer. I sent an email, only automated response. Today, Wed 17 June I agsin received same colours magenta and cyan, still no black or yellow. I called in, got Hunter on the line, explained my case, he would follow up and call me back. It's been nearly 2 hours and he hasn't called yet. Really terrible service from this business!! I wish I had checked them out here first before placing my order with them.

I bought HP963XL Ink Bundle at www.hpshop.co.za on the 4th of May 2020 before 11:00am, according to the website orders confirmed/placed before 11:00 are delivered the following day, I received the confirmation email Order # HP189433 on the 4th of May 2020. I did not receive my order the following day. I waited for 3 working days still my order did not arrive. I called their contact line 0861 47 7467 the phone is answered by a machine that informs you of their service hours and asks you hold while you are transferred to next available operator and then the call is cut abruptly. I tried their line several times with the same result no answer to the call. On the 11th of May 2020 I logged a query through their contact us page received a confirmation of receipt with the following ticket number [202-264CODED-0509] and the response stated that within 24hours a consultant will be in touch. I also sent an email to sales@hpshop.co.za enquiring about my order there was no response. I sent a DM (Direct Message) on twitter on Monday the 11th of May 2020 inquiring about my Order, received a standard response on the 12th of May 2020, which I replied to immediately asking if I can pick up my order from the listed physical address or any feedback on my order. on the 13th twitter account responded bt asking if I have been contacted by the HPSHOP team (this could also be a standard message as it did not deal with the enquiry). today is the 14th of May 2020, I have not received my order and there has been no communication from HPSHOP to me about the status of my order.

Don't buy from these guys their service is pathetic 2nd week waiting for goods I ordered from them phoned them by which they said they will phone me back but still waiting don't buy from them!!!!!!
