I bought HP963XL Ink Bundle at www.hpshop.co.za on the 4th of May 2020 before 11:00am, according to the website orders confirmed/placed before 11:00 are delivered the following day, I received the confirmation email Order # HP189433 on the 4th of May 2020. I did not receive my order the following day. I waited for 3 working days still my order did not arrive. I called their contact line 0861 47 7467 the phone is answered by a machine that informs you of their service hours and asks you hold while you are transferred to next available operator and then the call is cut abruptly. I tried their line several times with the same result no answer to the call.
On the 11th of May 2020 I logged a query through their contact us page received a confirmation of receipt with the following ticket number [202-264CODED-0509] and the response stated that within 24hours a consultant will be in touch. I also sent an email to sales@hpshop.co.za enquiring about my order there was no response.
I sent a DM (Direct Message) on twitter on Monday the 11th of May 2020 inquiring about my Order, received a standard response on the 12th of May 2020, which I replied to immediately asking if I can pick up my order from the listed physical address or any feedback on my order. on the 13th twitter account responded bt asking if I have been contacted by the HPSHOP team (this could also be a standard message as it did not deal with the enquiry).
today is the 14th of May 2020, I have not received my order and there has been no communication from HPSHOP to me about the status of my order.
