When you cancel , they dont process the cancellation and continue billing you. Just like a municipality

Rotten attitude by delivery driver
driver got a rotten attitude. Your driver with reg BD70PXGP got a rotten delivery attitude. Came to deliver a parcel. Took the parcel off his vehicle and just wanted to leave .No identification. When confronted he was arrogant . Would have contacted Fastway themselves , but no direct contact details available.

Questionable advertising
A drill was advertised as available at cash-crusaders lambton. Liased with an employee that i will be there the next next morning for it. To which i received a thumbs up . Got there around 9:20 in the morning , only to be told by Jack ,without any hesitation , that the item had been sold online. Makes me question if it really was available or just a method to get feet into the store

Effecient
Had a follow up call from Thulisile Cindi to update the information of my vehicle. She was pleasant on the call. She sent an email as well , to which i sent the relevant information. She update and sorted out everything first thing in the morning. Efficient .

There is no contact email nor telephone number for them . As per their website , my parcel was delivered to me and signed by me. Nothing was received . Where is my goods ?

going from bad to worse
Just came from builders. Can understand the company is going down , but pathetic. No pricing on a number of items.If there is a price, shelf price and till price differs. Then to top it all , i got charged for an item i did not even take . I checked on the website what the item is, its something i did not even look at. Going to cost me more to go back and take this up . PATHETIC I actually went for something which the had no stock off. Should have just went to Leroy Merlin in the first place. I will still have to go there to get the item.

false advertising
Received a special from Planetworld on Autowatch products. Messaged a lady who only mentioned that its valid while stocks last, with a delivery fee if order below R5000. When i do place the order , no special prices since the order is below 300 units. What BS. Which fitment company is going to buy 300 units in the current economic climate.
