driver got a rotten attitude. Your driver with reg BD70PXGP got a rotten delivery attitude. Came to deliver a parcel. Took the parcel off his vehicle and just wanted to leave .No identification. When confronted he was arrogant . Would have contacted Fastway themselves , but no direct contact details available.

Got there around 9:20 in the morning , only to be told by Jack ,without any hesitation , that the item had been sold online. ordered a prepaid sim with router bundle. got charged for a router at full price, received no sim.
Placed an order through the website on the 19th April. To date have not received the goods . No communication as well . Any attempt to contact them via the number 0861477467 just gives you what number you are in the queue and does not get answered . Sent an email , received no response.
Had a follow up call from Thulisile Cindi to update the information of my vehicle. She was pleasant on the call. She sent an email as well , to which i sent the relevant information. She update and sorted out everything first thing in the morning. Efficient .
There is no contact email nor telephone number for them . As per their website , my parcel was delivered to me and signed by me. Nothing was received . Where is my goods ?
Battling to get Afrox to pass a credit for an overcharge on my account for the past 3 months. Each time my account either gets blocked or i receive a letter threatening me. I just tried their "head office "and was told by the receptionist that there is no one there. What is becoming of this company ? The document in question was altered at the afrox branch . Which is unethical and fraud.
