Professional, friendly service. I am impressed with the open and honest communication from Lulu, the owner. The turnaround time for my repair was shorter than she initially forecast. All staff are very knowledgeable about their products and services and this gave me peace of mind. They were even open to discuss some of my concerns about my car that wasnt part of the repair. I would recommend them without any hesitation.
Pathetic, unprofessional, almost non existent service. I placed an order for hp9***l bundle on Monday 8 JUne because Item showed "in stock". I expected delivery in 3 days, as shown on their website. On Friday I called in, spoke to Fortunate, she told me they out of stock. She would check store stock and get back to me. Today, 17 JUne I'm still waiting on her call. Meanwhile I've sent emails and I get an automated response saying someone will call me within 24 hours. no-one called yet. On Monday 15th I received a delivery of magenta and cyan only, no black or yellow. I tried calling in, no answer. I sent an email, only automated response. Today, Wed 17 June I agsin received same colours magenta and cyan, still no black or yellow. I called in, got Hunter on the line, explained my case, he would follow up and call me back. It's been nearly 2 hours and he hasn't called yet. Really terrible service from this business!! I wish I had checked them out here first before placing my order with them.

I pay my account via eft. all my payments went through except my October payment. this hasn't been allocated yet. I keep getting disconnected every 4 days or so. I have called in several times , spoken to about 10 different agents and 4 supervisors. each call lasts on average 25 minutes. I have to repeat my story every time. I've mailed my proof of payment 7 times. each time my case gets escalated to the finance department but that's where it ends. it's been 3 months and MultiChoice still hasn't allocated my October payment. since this incident I have high blood pressure issues.....my phone bill is sky high....my frustration levels are through the roof. seeing that the agents can't help me directly, I want to speak to the finance department but this is a no go. they are an internal office with no access to the public. UNACCEPTABLE!!! I need a person who can sort this out to contact me!
