I ordered a black ink cartridge for my HP OfficeJet Pro 9013 printer on the 3rd of May 2023. Although I stay in North Riding, the cartridge took more than a week to arrive. When I tried to use it, the printer still showed "Cartridges depleted", even after several attempts. I logged a query requesting a replacement through the route provided for on the hpshop website and received an acknowledgment on the 21st of May. Then total radio silence. When I queried hpshop via a reply to their email acknowledgement I received a "email not in use anymore" reply from hpshop, with a telephone number that I was asked to contact. However, when dialling the number all I got was "this number is not in use". Further attempts yielded the same result. This has been a hugely disappointing experience - the exact opposite of what HP promises on hpshop. I have paid for a cartridge, but nearly 4 weeks later I still do not have a working cartridge and there is seemingly no way to communicate with hpshop. Quite pathetic actually. I would not recommend dealing with hpshop to anyone, not even Putin
I have visited this restaurant on many occasions - the setting is something to enjoy. However, the attitude and level of service have declined to such an extent that I shall not visit again. For example, there is a "Smoked Salmon on Sourdough" with additions) on the menu which I duly ordered. The waiter told me to consider two other salmon dishes (salmon fish cakes and seared salmon), but I had needed something light and smoked salmon would do the trick. Wen the dish arrived it was obvious that it was not smoked salmon at all, but rather some seared salmon cut into strips and smothered in rocket. The waiter refused to take the dish back and my lunch partner kindly agreed to take it as a takeaway. No too hungry I thought I shall do without lunch, but will mention the fact that I received something I did not order on the comments sheet included with the bill. The manager then duly arrived, read the comment and told me "Sorry, it is an error on the menu" and that was that!! No acceptance of any responsibility or offer to rectify the situation. Very disappointing!!
