Unacceptable Client serves

The client of HTI insurance broker drove into me. I've contacted them first, but they never sent me the forms i need to complete. After months of requesting and not getting any feedback, i asked the client to please ask them directly what is going on and they said they did not receive my documents that i sent back the same day. They work with Hollard and i am begging them for a update, but just get pushed to Hollard who never come back to me either.
