Was so happy with the 1st response, but it seems my query again disappeared into a black hole And again I am requested to pay an invoice This service does not seems to be working and just want to collect my money If not resolved today, all I can say is good bye and good riddens My problem persisted for months, cannot use the service, do not do as I request Lost my site, asked for a backup to be restored Why would smartweb do it, I am paying and complaining Stop this nonsence of support via a tickets remove the functionality, because you dont act on the freeking tickets, dont even respond Look at my previous tickets, sometime more that a month goes buy I should sue you for potentiol loss of income
