Smart Web. I tried to transfer some of my domains over to this company, and then my last transfer took almost a month, and never got transferred. Almost lost my domain. Please do not use these guys. They have now moved over to Absolute Hosting. Also no real communication, so I end up not transferring my domain...

They keep sending me invoices for a service i did not use. And when you log a request they never get back to you. I have been waiting 2 years for a response from them, and just keep sending more invoices.

Very disappointed with this company. They take your money and never offer you any service. Open tickets are never attended to, emails not working for days. I have moved away from this headache.

Paid for our SSL certificate, money off my account, certificate not renewed. Logged a ticket 11 days ago, no response. None of their phones work. Worst service I have ever had apart from Telkom, but at least Telkom answer their phones.

Bought a domain on 18/11/2023 and paid for web hosting on 15/12/2023 and created an email address for my new business. till today i have not used the email address because i can't sent or receive emails. They have a ticket system where you send your complains or questions. i wrote 3 tickets and they responded to 1 and told me i must be patient. I have asked them to refund me and cancel everything because i cannot use the email no response. At least if the can tell me if i have done something wrong from my side id be relived, to keep quiet but i paid for their service is unacceptable.
