Poor Service Delivery
Very disappointed with this company. They take your money and never offer you any service. Open tickets are never attended to, emails not working for days. I have moved away from this headache.

PAYING FOR DATA THAT IS NOT PROVIDED
Disappointed with MTN. I will never ever do business with them. I have been paying for Data for the past 3 months but my sim cards are locked. Despite several emails, no response, even from account manager. Disappointing. Very poor service
