Smart Web. I tried to transfer some of my domains over to this company, and then my last transfer took almost a month, and never got transferred. Almost lost my domain. Please do not use these guys. They have now moved over to Absolute Hosting. Also no real communication, so I end up not transferring my domain...
I have ordered 4x burgers on the KFC Mobile App at 18:53, and received the following message. We’ve received your order, and will deliver 11 March 2024 07:25:11 PM An hour later after I ordered, I still have not received my food. I then called support line, and they told me that there is no driver. He told me they can refund me but will take 7 to 14 days. I am really sorry, but this is not my problem. You have an app, and ask people to pay for food, but then can't deliver. Really unsatisfied client.
Really disappointing. I am one of the resellers of this company, and my own internet is ****. I will not resell any more data from them. The service is terrible. They will wait for your 4th reply and then get back to you about they are looking into this, or "Have the technician not came around?" Asking you questions instead of telling you what is wrong with your line. Honestly, I will have to end this reselling, as I am facing a problem my respective clients may face. And it is the worse service ever. Paying for a Ferrari, and getting a Dutsan! I have a 10 Mbps line with them, and the speeds I am getting these days are between 1 and 4 Mbps - less then half!!! And I have about 80 disconnects per day trying to connect to internet. Once it gets connected I can do text on internet, like this. But from a business point of view they really went backwards. It took me almost 20 minutes to upload a 3MB video clip. You can't run a business like this. I have lost more money this month due to internet related problems, I could have gone for full blown LTE or Fibre, and made all deadlines. Clients are upset because Black Friday will not happen for them. TWO WEEKS, half a month with tech from the 90ties, I am sure you remember 56K us rebotics. Well, it is like that without the dingly noises. And when youa sk them about that there is no communication. And this from a company that got rewards a few years ago for best internet company in SA. Really upset DO NOT FOLLOW Axxess.co.za The point is I am paying for a 10Mbps line, and it is much lower then they advertise. The one responded asked me if the technician was there? What technician? Still waiting - 2 weeks later and I went from 3 Mbps to 1Mbps. Who can run a business like this?

I have been at 4 different branches, trying to sort out an OTP that gets send to an old number which I do not have anymore for the last 2 years. So I have been using the old internet banking website where you could add your card number, pin, and password until now. Now Standard Bank has changed this to a new front page, but I can't log in, because the OTP gets send to a different number. I do not own this number anymore. This is terrible service, and was phoning Standard Bank this morning to sort it out. I have been put through to 3 different call agents. The first could not help me with my business account and provide a number to phone in future, and then put me through. The second agent asked me all different and personal questions to verify my account and told me to hold on while she (Lingwe) will get more info from the internet division. While I was waiting for her to come back to me, a third person answered and asked me how to help. Now why does he asked me to help if I got put through from business? And why do I need to go through the verification process again? The total call was 20 minutes, and I still can't log in to my business account! Very unhappy client! What type of service is this for a business client. Not what you expect for your NEXT.

Because I have been struggeling for nearly 4 years to get this right and every time I add my number, Standard bank says, "OK it is done".</p> <p>So after I had to wait for a new business car for merely 7 months, I decided to go to the bank and get this long awaited card and also - yes - again give my lates number so my things can start working... This country is already bad as it is, and now with a bank that does not now who the customer/client are anymore it is really messy. And this is no soccer star...</p> <p>I need help. I have changed this number numerous times and still I do not get the sms with the PIN to DO BANKING!</p> <p>Really upset with this bank. Call me, or regional manager will be next!</p>
