I signed up for R49 and when the transaction was processed it was R212. I did not enter the pin to finalize payment, as I was not willing to pay the R212. However, it was processed. I immediately contacted them to cancel and also got the bank to reverse the payment. This happened in June 2023 and now I am getting emails to inform me to pay R1500 from their collections department. I have responded, but don't get any replies. I will have to get legal representation. Luckily I have my email that I sent immediately to cancel. I am shocked at the threatening emails. What business operates in this manner?
