This is an Online Store. I purchased a Magnetic Wristband, there were two listed one cheaper than the other, with noticeable differences. 1. They were slow in delivering on time excuse was due to a Back Log, the item arrived within a week instead of the 2-3 days stipulated (excluding weekends). 2. To my dismay, the incorrect cheaper item arrived. 3. I approached their Whatsapp chat service to enquire and was blatantly ignored up until now. No Response whatsoever.

Not ever we'll get back to you, despite me requesting via Whatsapp Chat that I am returning the item and that they have to Send the correct one and/or refund me.

This is unacceptable and poor service on their part.
