I would like to follow up on the progress of this investigation and kindly ask if you are able to provide an estimated timeframe for when the review will be completed and feedback shared.
In addition, I would appreciate some clarity on how the system allows the same IMEI number to be covered or billed more than once. Understanding this process will help me better assess how the duplicate debit may have occurred.
